Frame: 20 year rust through warranty (12 and 14 gauge frame)
Sheeting and Trim: 10 year limited warranty
Workmanship: 180 day workmanship warranty from the date of installation
Any other warranty that applies are provided by the manufacturer of the component, ie: roll door, walk door, window etc.
Warranty covers 12 and 14 gauge tubular frame
Assuming normal care and maintenance, this should consist of regular cleaning with mild soap and warm water. We do not recommend any particular commercial cleaner, or any other substance to assist in the cleaning of the tubular frame. Any alteration or abuse of the Unit shall cancel all such limited warranties.
LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT MANUFACTURER'S OPTION, OF THE UNIT. NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
Warranty does not cover the following applications of the tubular frame:
Contact with soils, ashes, fertilizers or other moisture retaining substances
Attack from chemical agents, fumes, liquids or solids other than natural rain falling onto product
Failure to remove debris and or failure to provide free drainage of water including internal condensation from all surfaces of the tube.
Deterioration of the tube due to contact with green or wet timber or treated pine
Installations subject to unusually corrosive environments at any given time current or in the future
Storm or any other act of God
Animal containment or exposure to K-9 urine
Covering of tubular frame in concrete of any composition
